Terms & conditions of the Referral Offer

To be eligible for this Promotion, the referred patient:

1. Must not have previously been a patient at MC Dental.

2. Must book and attend an appointment at MC Dental.

3. Must notify MC Dental the referring patient’s full name at the time of attending the appointment,

A $20 account credit will be applied to the new patient’s account and to the referring patient’s account. Not transferrable or redeemable for cash. MC Dental reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions or cancel the promotion at any time.
