Your Role:

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting patients with bookings and inquiries

• Answering phone calls and handling appointment scheduling

• Assisting with payment processing and liaising with insurance companies

• Supporting the management team in daily operations

Who Are We Looking For?

🔹 Proficient in English (required), Mandarin-speaking (highly preferred)
🔹 Excellent communication and multitasking skills
🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (dental experience preferred)
🔹 A friendly and professional attitude with great attention to detail
